Capitol Entertainment Services has been providing tour services to residents and visitors to the nations capital for more than 20 years. CES offers a variety of exciting and informative tours of our nation's capital.  All of CES's tours are conducted by licensed professional tour guides and come completely packaged with tour bus, tour guide, and tour itenarary.

CES offers group sightseeing tours of the National Monuments and Memorials.  This tour includes ride-by lectures of the Supreme Court, Library of Congress, White House, U.S. Capitol and much, much more.  On this tour you will step off and visit the Lincoln Memorial, the Vietnam Memorial Wall, and the Jefferson Memorial.  Enjoy your tour.

For you early risers, we have an Early Bird Tour that includes a tour of  the White House.  You will see one of the most visited sites in the Nation's Capital.  The itinerary of this tour includes:  riding tours and lectures with on-site visits of the White House Visitors Center, the Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean Memorial, and of course, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for a guided tour of the White House.

CES offers very unique tours of historic and cultural neighborhoods in Washington, D.C.  Our African American Heritage Tour has received national acclaim, and was one of the first of its kind to be offered in the nation.  This tour features African American historical attractions such as Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s bust in the U.S. Capitol rotunda, the Smithsonian's  "Field to Factory" Black history exhibit, Frederick Douglass National Historic Site, historic Lincoln Park, Benjamin Banneker Circle, and much more.

Students and teachers alike will be thrilled over the fascinating educational attractions featured in our Educational Tours.   Students will enjoy seeing money being printed at the Bureau of Engraving, the world's largest globe at the National Geographic Society, huge African elephant and dinosaurs at the Smithsonian's Natural History Museum, the original copy of the Constitution at the National Archives and much, much more.  Enjoy your tour.

Our "Duke Ellington's Neighborhood Tour:  Takes you into a very historic neighborhood in Washington, D.C. named after  Robert Shaw, a General during the Civil War.  Walk in Duke Ellington's footstep and experience the glamour of Washington's Black Broadway.  See the African American Civil War Memorial, the Lincoln Theatre, the Whitelaw Hotel, as well as seeing the childhood neighborhood of Duke Ellington.  The tour includes a stop at the Smithsonian's American History Museum to see the exhibits:  "Duke Ellington -- An American Musician", and the "Field to Factory:  AfroAmerican Migration 1915-1940".
